- Base salary: $40,000 annually, depending on experience
- On-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000 annually, with uncapped upside based on performance

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility may be required to support customer meetings or sales-related activities.
What You’ll Do
As a Pool Renovation Sales Specialist, you will own the end-to-end quoting and sales process for pool renovation projects. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers while partnering closely with the Renovations Coordinator and Renovations Technician to ensure projects are properly scoped, quoted, and handed off for execution.
