- Share fundamental understanding of course topics with students.
- Maintain regular content with students and offer help.
- Work as a self starter in a virtual environment to identify students who need help on assignments or with concepts.
- Coordinate individual and/or group tutoring sessions F2F, virtually, or by phone.
- Serve as a positive academic role model.
- Keep accurate records of meetings.
- Attend and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain productive and positive working relationships with faculty and student support staff.
- Collaborate with faculty and student support staff to optimize student support.
- Prepare for tutoring sessions by reviewing any notes, handouts, bookwork, or course materials.
- Meet regularly with supervisor to provide updates.
- Maintain confidentiality about academic progress and personal information.
- Other duties as assigned.
