Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and vigilant pool **Lifeguard** with proven UAE experience to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and residents using swimming pool and aquatic facilities.
The ideal candidate must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and visitors.
- Enforce pool safety rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues, first aid, and CPR when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities, equipment, and safety devices.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards around the pool area.
- Record daily pool activities, incidents, and maintenance issues in logbooks.
- Ensure lifesaving equipment such as rescue tubes, first aid kits, and alarms are in proper working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with pool-related inquiries.
- Report hazards, accidents, or unusual activities to management promptly.
- Support facility operations and maintain compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1**–3 years of Lifeguard experience in UAE** (mandatory).
- Valid **Lifeguard Certification** from recognized bodies.
- Valid **CPR**, **First Aid**, and **AED** certification.
- Good knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Strong communication skills in English or Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
