- Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safety
- Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck and lifeguard station
- Record daily attendance, incidents, and maintenance issues as required
- Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons as needed
- Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills
Requirements
- Valid lifeguard certification (implied by role)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to perform water rescues

Job Summary
- The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and enforcing pool rules and regulations. The lifeguard maintains a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment for all guests.
