Responsibilities
- Always monitor the swimming pool users
- Ensure the children use the pool safely and in accordance with the swimming pool rules
- Check the housekeeping and ensure the swimming pool surroundings, toilets, pool deck benches are sanitized after every use in coordination with housekeeping
- Communicate with swimmers of improper/ unsafe activities carried out in the pool and enforce swimming pool rules and regulations and water safety
- Ensure the behavior of pool users is maintained at a high standard and that unsafe behavioral issues with children are followed up effectively with Pastoral care and if necessary, report to the parents
- Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR
- Managing Crowd Control
- Performs any other task as and when instructed by the QAFCO representative
- Checks on day to day basis the Vacuum suctions are closed for safety
Requirements
- Secondary school pass and possess fluency in English
- Three (3) years of experience as lifeguard in International Hotel, Recreational club, or hospitality industry
- Course certificate in swimming/ emergency rescue, first aid and CPR
- Pool and Beach Lifeguard awareness training certificate

Job Overview
- KBR is looking for POOL LIFEGUARD (2 MALES & 2 FEMALES) for a client to be based on Qatar site.
- Responsible for the safety and well being of the club members using the swimming pool and ensure smooth function in line with QAFCO safety procedure and swimming pool rules.
Experience & Education Required
