- Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
- Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.
- 1 year experience in hospitality.
- CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire).
- Strong communication skills with members.
- Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.
- High school education is a plus.
- Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality.
- Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
