Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for metal finishing /polishing of stamping forming die steels and die casting tools.
- Performs metallurgical checks of tooling including Spectro, hardness checks, and heat treatment determination of tools.
- Completes quality control documentation for customers as required.
- Maintains the measurement devices.
- Provides additional support to the Production Manager and customers as required.
Your Profile:
- Commits to corporate core values, goals, mission, and vision.
- High School graduate or GED.
- 1-2 years of metal finishing /polishing of stamping forming die steels and die casting tools experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working with hands and be able to lift 44lbs.
- Individual must have strong work ethic, be high-energy, and detail oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Good Attendance.
- In compliance with U.S. Government technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
