Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth research on social and public policy trends
- Design research methodologies and collect/evaluate data
- Conduct literature reviews and monitor legislative/regulatory developments
- Assess potential impact of social and policy changes
- Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and stakeholder summaries

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Policy / Social Issues Researcher to conduct in depth research, evaluate social and public policy trends, and generate evidence based insights that support strategic decision making, advocacy initiatives, and organizational objectives.
- The role focuses on analyzing complex social, economic, and policy related issues while identifying opportunities, challenges, and emerging developments that impact communities, institutions, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing research methodologies, collecting and evaluating data, conducting literature reviews, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and assessing the potential impact of social and policy changes.
- Preparing research reports, policy briefs, presentations, stakeholder summaries, and strategic recommendations that support informed decision making.
