Dubai (Hybrid Role)

  • Part-Time – Approx. 25- 30 Hours Per Week
  • AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month depending on experience
  • No visa sponsorship available
  • We are launching a consultant-led podcast and expanding our digital media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • We are looking for a modern content operator — someone who genuinely understands:
  • short-form content,
  • podcast clipping,
  • social media engagement,
  • platform behaviour,
  • hooks/headlines,
  • and content distribution.
  • This is NOT a traditional clinic “social media manager” role focused on static graphics and basic posting.
  • The podcast will become the main content engine for the clinic and wider healthcare brand.
  • One podcast episode may generate:
  • Instagram Reels
  • TikToks
  • YouTube Shorts
  • LinkedIn content
  • educational clips
  • authority-based healthcare content
  • behind-the-scenes content
  • social media campaigns
  • We are looking for someone who understands how to turn long-form conversations into engaging, high-performing social media content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Identify strong moments from podcast recordings for short-form clips
  • Create engaging captions, hooks, headlines and post copy
  • Assist with thumbnails, clip selection and content packaging
  • Schedule and manage consistent posting across platforms
  • Work closely with the founder and podcast production team
  • Monitor analytics and identify what content performs best
  • Help grow podcast reach and engagement organically
  • Assist with general clinic social media content where required
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform behaviour

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong English comprehension skills
  • Ability to understand nuanced healthcare and consultant-led discussions
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Experience editing or distributing short-form content
  • Good understanding of audience engagement and retention
  • Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good visual and content instincts
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Highly Desirable

  • Experience working with podcasts, interview content or creator brands
  • Experience growing social media pages organically
  • Understanding of hooks, titles and thumbnail psychology
  • Experience within healthcare, wellness or educational content
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools

  • This role is ideal for someone who:
  • genuinely consumes podcasts and creator content,
  • understands modern social media behaviour,
  • enjoys short-form storytelling,
  • and wants to help build a serious healthcare media brand.
  • This role is NOT suitable for someone whose experience is limited to basic Canva posting or simple static social media management.
