The primary objective of this role is to establish, support and implement process controls on all facets of existing and new injection molding projects, focused on maintaining Kanban inventory levels to support Production.

Compensation for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and regional market rates.

• Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting production goals
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills to identify process, material, or tool-related issues and make appropriate recommendations
• Review and inspect machines often to identify maintenance issues and work with Maintenance team on resolution
• Work collaboratively with Assembly, Engineering and Quality Assurance in the implementation and sustaining of Pneu Dart, Inc. company policies. This includes compliance with process sheets / programs, mold validation, scientific molding, and quality procedures while meeting deadlines.
• Evaluating mold and tooling requirements, as assigned

• Learn products, manufacturing processes, service policies, and the research/science behind PDI’s products. Specifically learning RDD and RDD-Projector design and assembly will be of primary importance.
