PMO Trainee - UAE National

Program Overview

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across sales, marketing, operations, finance, human resources, and other departments.
• Gain experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges.
• Support the PMO Manager with project portfolio management and governance.
• Monitor project performance against revenue, OBL, OTD, forecast accuracy, COPQ, risk, opportunity, and close-out KPIs.
• Monitor compliance with PMO processes, governance requirements, and project management standards.
• Analyze portfolio information to identify critical, delayed, slow-moving, or high-risk projects.
• Support PMO process improvement, digital tools, and AI use cases that improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership potential shown through academic, extracurricular, or professional experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
• Proactive attitude, strong initiative, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required by program rotations.
