PMO Project Manager

Stakeholder and change management

• Coordinate internal project teams, external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support engagement, organisational change, business readiness, communications and training.

Continuous improvement

• Promote project management best practice and contribute to PMO standards and methodologies.
• Identify process improvements and share lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Candidate requirements

• A recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates should have proven project delivery experience in technology, business change or operational improvement.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, risk, governance, reporting and performance monitoring is required.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple projects are required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills are required.
• Candidates should be adaptable, resilient and committed to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement.
