- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance
- Develop and implement project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Oversee project portfolios, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation
- Monitor project performance and provide executive level reporting and dashboards
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and successful project delivery
- Establish project controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance processes
- Align project initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities
- Drive continuous improvement in project management capabilities across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles
- Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and PMO frameworks
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, PMI PMOCP, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, or Asana
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
