Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance and delivery
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Oversee project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
- Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource utilization
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project managers and project teams
- Establish project reporting frameworks and deliver portfolio level updates to senior management
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and facilitate effective mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities and efficiency
- Coordinate project prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio management activities
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance requirements, and project management standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid frameworks
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex business environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications highly desirable
