Job Overview

  • Full time, mid level to senior level role leading the Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance and delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project managers and project teams.
  • Establish project reporting frameworks and deliver portfolio level updates to senior management.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and facilitate effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities and efficiency.
  • Coordinate project prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance requirements, and project management standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid frameworks.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex business environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
