PMO Analyst

Working at the centre of all change initiatives across Buzz Bingo, you will:

· Be excellent with data and information – gathering, interpreting and manipulating data in order, to provide meaningful information will be at the heart of what you do.

· Provide appropriate challenge to project members, ensuring that progress is tracked and reported accurately.

· Be a natural facilitator, not afraid to jump in if there is a problem or tension that needs to be resolved

· Be happy working across a broad spectrum of projects, whilst adept at driving into the detail of a specific initiative if required.

· Thrive on uncertainty.Projects are naturally volatile, and you will be comfortable in a changing environment.

· Help projects progress by “oiling and gluing” – providing support and bringing projects together where needed, for example by identifying interdependencies Be comfortable proactively engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

· Have 5+ years relevant PMO / project experience.

·Working with Project Managers and other stakeholders to collate, interpret, challenge and present information related to the progress of projects.

· Ensuring appropriate controls and standards are adhered to across Buzz projects – for example, Project Plans, RAID Logs, Status Reports etc
