The PMO Analyst will support our Canada PMO through portfolio reporting, process improvement, business analysis, and development of PowerApps and Power BI solutions. This role will serve as a key partner to project teams, leadership (Canada Projects, Projects Services, etc.), and all stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable improvements, dashboards, workflows and various business applications.
Success within this role will combine strong Project management skills (gained through experience and/or the PMBOK), PowerApps and Power BI knowledge to enhance project visibility, improve governance processes and ultimately drive operational efficiencies for our project execution teams.
Support Canada PMO governance processes and refresh
Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency in project reporting, tooling and support (while also adhering to PDS governance requirements)
Work with stakeholders to develop improvements to monitoring project health, risks, opportunities and building tangible, effective solutions
Ability to present effectively to leadership, stakeholders and team members on prospective initiatives, while also managing continuous improvement of tools that are currently being developed or that require enhancements
Develop and communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholder audiences
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across business, operational and technical teams (ie. Canada Projects, Project Systems, US PMO, PDS, etc.)
