Opportunity
The PMO Analyst will support TC Energy's Canada PMO through portfolio reporting, process improvement, business analysis, and Power Platform solutions.
The role partners with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to translate business needs into dashboards, workflows, and business applications.
What You Will Do
- Support Canada PMO governance processes and refresh activities.
- Improve project reporting, tooling, support, and monitoring of project health, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, workflows, and business solutions using Power BI and Power Apps.
- Present initiatives to leadership and stakeholders while continuously improving existing tools.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and build relationships across business, operational, and technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least four years of experience supporting project management, PMO, business analysis, reporting, continuous improvement, or related functions.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business solutions using Power BI and/or Power Apps.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions or process improvements.
