Job Description
Wood is recruiting a PMC Specialist Cost Engineer to support its ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi.
The position will be based at the client office in Abu Dhabi due to project and client requirements.

Wood delivers consulting, engineering, and operations services across the energy and materials sectors.
The role supports complex energy projects, including upstream, midstream, offshore, decarbonization, and electrification work.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Develop contractual requirements for cost control, estimation, payment invoicing, and variations for FEED, PMC, EPC, and related agreements.
- Incorporate cost-related requirements into tender documents and agreements.
- Evaluate PMC, FEED, and EPC technical bids for compliance and provide bidder clarifications.
- Prepare technical evaluation report sections and finalize contract document sections after incorporating bulletins and clarifications.
- Evaluate contractor variation requests and claims, analyze cost submissions, prepare counter-estimates, and recommend outcomes to management.
- Prepare AFE and AFOU documentation for ongoing projects and management approval.
- Coordinate with PMC Project Control Managers to ensure adherence to project control procedures throughout project delivery.
