Role Overview
Wood will second the PMC Project Manager to support ADNOC Offshore on a major offshore Project Management Consultancy assignment.
The role has overall responsibility for successful project delivery against ADNOC requirements, objectives, contractual obligations, HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
The position requires extensive leadership of major, complex offshore oil and gas projects and multidisciplinary teams from engineering through handover.

Role overview
Wood will second the PMC Project Manager to support ADNOC Offshore on a major offshore Project Management Consultancy assignment.
The role has overall responsibility for successful project delivery against ADNOC requirements, objectives, contractual obligations, HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
The position requires extensive leadership of major, complex offshore oil and gas projects and multidisciplinary teams from engineering through handover.
Project leadership and execution
- Lead the PMC project management team and serve as the primary interface with ADNOC Offshore, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Establish governance, priorities, accountabilities, performance expectations, and project integration across disciplines and contractors.
Stakeholders, HSE, and quality
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships and report on schedule, cost, progress, risks, opportunities, and key issues.
- Lead resolution and escalation of major technical, contractual, commercial, schedule, and execution issues.
