Summary: To wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible.

• Experience in fine dining service.
• Must have full familiarity with all menus.
• Knowledge of daily specials, use opportunities to offer up-sells.
• Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
• Assist bussers with food service or clearing of tables as needed.
• To polish and clean the water glasses in his/her assigned station before opening hours.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the outlet manager/supervisor.
• Courteous service to guests.
• Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
• Know general hotel knowledge in order to assist hotel guests with directions.
• Adhere to grooming guidelines, wear Z-pin, proper uniform standards
• Complete required Z certification for New Hires (30 days), and recertification as required.
• Follow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed.

Tools and Equipment:

• Computer and printer, typewriter, telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine

• Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel.
• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
