PM Kitchen Supervisor - Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for the daily operations of the Commissary. Manage, direct and lead commissary associates to meet daily production goals of the commissary operations.
• Food safety Ensure associates are following proper food safety guidelines and regulations. Utilize Temperature system to monitor safety walks and cook / cool temps.

• Food Quality/Consistency Ensure recipe accuracy and yields. Spot check and test product throughout the kitchen.

• Purchases Work with buyer and the Director of Commissary to review purchases and products to see if we are purchasing the best products for our business. Take over Bunzl purchasing.

• Equipment efficiencies Equipment audits to ensure associates know how to use all equipment. Work to create a PM schedule with the in-house maintenance team.
