We're hiring a Plumber to install, maintain, and repair water, gas, drainage, and steam systems.

Requires NM Journeyman Plumbing or Gas Fitter License, or ability to obtain within one year from date of hire.

Bargaining Unit Announcement: This is a bargaining unit position with American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Under general supervision, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems and fixtures.

Understand and work from blueprints and specifications.

Frequently reports to a Maintenance Supervisor.

Required Education and Experience: High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Special Certification/Licensure: Requires a NM Journeyman Plumbing License or NM Journeyman Gas Fitter License or able to obtain a New Mexico license within a year from date of hire.
