Job Description
Maintain hotel facilities and support the physical safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
The role contributes to guest experiences by keeping hotel facilities operational and responding to service needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance across hotel facilities.
- Complete carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and masonry maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
