- Clean and sanitize play equipment, toys, and common areas regularly
- Assist children when needed during play activities
- Respond quickly to accidents or emergencies and report incidents to management
- Check children in and out when required by facility procedures
- Organize games, activities, or birthday parties if applicable
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally
- Restock supplies and maintain the overall appearance of the play area
- Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards
