About the Role
Gymboree Play & Music Dubai is seeking a passionate and energetic team member to join their Galleria Mall branch. This dynamic role combines Play & Learn instruction for children up to 5 years old, front desk operations, and sales.

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Play & Learn classes for babies and children up to 5 years old
- Welcome families and manage reception operations
- Handle enquiries, bookings, registrations, and class scheduling
- Promote memberships, classes, birthday parties, and other Gymboree programs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with families
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the centre and assist with daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, teaching, customer service, or sales
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in sales and comfortable meeting targets
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Positive, energetic, and enjoys working with young children
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
