Platform Technical Solutions Manager

Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Become the trusted technical advisor to Prospects, Clients and Partners for Xe’s Platform solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of integrated solutions to guide Prospects and Partners to the solution of best fit for their business and technology needs
• Deliver demos that highlight key features and benefits, customizing the demo and delivery to speak to the specific prospect needs
• Document and analyze feedback, pain points and new feature requests for the Product team to inform and drive the roadmap for continuous product improvement
• Manage timelines, project risks, and issues
• Develop detailed integration plans and schedules
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to Clients, Prospects and Partners
• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of new Clients through to go-live
• Identify and manage integration dependencies and critical path activities
• Assist in communicating technical documentation and resources to support client onboardingCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams Faciliate team and cross-functional meetings to manage priorities and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Stay up to date on embedded finance and international payments market trends including competitor solutions
