Define the software architecture of the product
Define Engineering discipline Structure of product and its components in line with platform configurator
Ensure an optimize design to cost approach
Check patent
Identify and support management of technical risks of the Engineering discipline architectures in projects
Propose constant improvement in relation with platform
Secure the product robustness, apply standards
Enforce standards Engineering discipline solutions
Support Engineering Discipline Design Review
Manage the link with other Engineering disciplines / calling for hierarchical support if needed
Capitalization of the know-how (Standardization, Specifications, technical reports, processes and guidelines)
Support Engineering discipline requirement Management
- Provides inputs and requirements to the Engineering discipline for the development
- Interface with customer for Engineering discipline architecture content
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate detailed status of technical issues with software project management and customers as needed.
- Review new software requirements and change requests and provide a detailed analysis for quality and technical understanding.
- Create estimates for software change requests and RFQs.
