Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core talent matching platform.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver features that improve search, matching, and application workflows.
- Analyze user behavior and platform metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Drive experiments to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Define product specifications and manage the product backlog.
- Align stakeholders on releases and ensure high quality, timely delivery of platform enhancements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep the platform innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Product management skills including roadmap development, requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making abilities, with experience using product analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Experience working with cross functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) in an agile or similar development environment.
- Understanding of digital platforms or marketplaces, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience as a Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, or similar role; experience in high growth or startup environments is beneficial.
