Role Definition
Lead Engineer responsible for the end-to-end technical integration of next-generation power generation products.
Integrate generator set and package platforms into validated, compliant, cost-effective, and production-ready solutions.
Drive system-level decisions and cross-functional engineering execution from concept through production launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration across mechanical, electrical, controls, cooling, structural, acoustic, fuel, and exhaust systems.
- Own platform architecture, technical decisions, and integration trade-offs for performance, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Lead design reviews, architecture reviews, DFMEA activities, and engineering readiness assessments.
- Define platform validation strategies for thermal, structural, vibration, acoustic, electrical, durability, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Service, and Compliance teams.
- Manage technical issues, risks, escalations, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Degree Requirement
- A degree is required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
