Platform Engineer - Chantilly, Va.

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our organization's applications and services.

You will work at the cutting edge of cloud and container orchestration, leveraging Kubernetes, Helm, and robust container management practices.

Operating within a DevSecOps framework, you will utilize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet) to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of our RedHat Linux and AWS cloud environments.

Infrastructure Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud and on-premise infrastructure supporting enterprise applications and services.

Container Orchestration & Management: Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Helm across RedHat Linux environments to ensure high availability.

Automation & Configuration Management: Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform alongside configuration management via Ansible and Puppet to streamline provisioning.

DevSecOps & CI/CD: Integrate security deeply into the development lifecycle through robust DevSecOps practices and the management of automated CI/CD pipelines.
