Platform Engineer

Build and operate production Kubernetes infrastructure

Own AWS infrastructure across multiple environments and customer deployments

Build reliable CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments, rollbacks, and environment provisioning

Improve observability, reliability, scalability, and security across the platform

Debug production issues across Kubernetes, networking, databases, and applications

Build tooling that helps engineers ship faster with less infrastructure overhead

Work directly with customer infrastructure and security teams on enterprise deployments

Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or a similar role

Strong AWS experience

Strong understanding of Docker, Linux, networking, DNS, HTTP/TLS, and cloud security

Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or other infrastructure-as-code tooling

Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines

Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and production incident debugging

Ability to independently own infrastructure problems end-to-end

Experience with EKS, Helm, Argo CD, or similar tooling

Experience deploying applications into customer-controlled cloud environments

Experience with enterprise security or compliance requirements

Experience operating real-time, voice, or AI workloads
