The Platform Director will oversee the strategic development, maintenance, and optimization of the academy’s digital learning platform.

Set platform priorities and coordinate feature roadmaps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage releases and monitor platform performance.
Address technical and operational platform issues.
Establish best practices and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure the platform supports the academy’s educational objectives and growth plans.

Strong team management and team leadership skills to guide cross-functional groups.
Proven project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver platform initiatives on time and within scope.
Foundational software development understanding for informed platform architecture and feature decisions.
