As Platform Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of shared platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to build secure, scalable, reliable software.

You will set architectural direction, guide technical standards, and partner across teams to support current products and future growth.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Think strategically while staying practical and delivery-focused.
• Influence technical direction through collaboration, mentorship, and clear communication.
• Translate complex architecture decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define and evolve the architecture for shared platform capabilities across enterprise products.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to shape platform strategy, technical standards, and roadmaps.
• Design reusable services, APIs, event-driven integrations, developer tools, and reference implementations that accelerate software delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers and architects, and support major design and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate cloud services, AI capabilities, and open-source technologies that improve scalability, reliability, security, and engineering productivity.
• Create architecture documentation, reference designs, and engineering guidance that support platform adoption and long-term maintainability.
