Mighty Precision seeks a Technical Director to oversee all technical aspects of plastic injection molding operations in Dubai. The role includes process development, optimization, troubleshooting, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical aspects of plastic injection molding operations
- Lead process development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Lead cross functional teams of engineers, technicians, and toolmakers
- Review mold designs and validate tooling
- Define molding parameters and run first shots
- Implement best practices in process control and preventive maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D on new product introductions
- Evaluate and implement new technologies
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Strong team leadership and team management skills
- Proven background in R&D for plastic injection molding
- Experience with software development or software driven manufacturing systems
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Extensive hands on experience in plastic injection molding
- Solid understanding of CNC machining and toolmaking
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
