Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective manufacturing and production activities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, production plans, and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality assurance, inventory control, and workforce management
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance, workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, process optimization, quality management systems, inventory management, and operational excellence methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production management software, reporting tools, and performance analysis platforms
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing production environments, budgets, resources, and operational performance
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, workplace safety regulations, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Lead and oversee all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective manufacturing and production activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, production plans, and performance improvement initiatives that optimize productivity, quality, resource utilization, and overall plant performance.
- Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, inventory control, and workforce management, to achieve operational targets and business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance, workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all plant functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, process optimization, quality management systems, inventory management, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production management software, reporting tools, and performance analysis platforms.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead large operational teams and coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with experience managing production environments, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, workplace safety regulations, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous.
