- Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and performance objectives aligned with business goals.
- Monitor production activities to ensure targets for safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency are achieved.
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support operational requirements.

- Excellent leadership, people management, and team development capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven decision making approach.
- Experience with production planning, resource management, and operational performance measurement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, manufacturing software, and operational reporting tools is beneficial.
