About the Role
AIM Industries Co. Factory is hiring a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations for hydraulically pressed precast concrete in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in hydraulic press precast concrete manufacturing, deep technical knowledge, and experience managing teams of 50+ operatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations for hydraulically pressed precast concrete and street furniture
- Manage production teams of 50+ operatives
- Ensure product quality meets BS EN 1339 standards and company specifications
- Oversee hydraulic press equipment, concrete mix design, and aggregate systems
- Handle multi faceted problems and maintain smooth operations
Requirements
- 10+ years in hydraulically pressed precast concrete manufacturing (wet cast experience alone will not be considered) as well as precast concrete furniture (inc UHPC, HPC & architectural stone)
- Deep technical knowledge of hydraulic press equipment, concrete mix design, and aggregate systems
- Proven track record managing production teams of 50+ operatives
- Experience working to BS EN 1339 or equivalent international quality standards
- Strong QA / QC discipline — compressive strength, dimensional tolerances, colour consistency

- AIM Industries Co. Factory is looking for an exceptional Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What we're ideally looking for
