This is a part-time remote role for a Plant Manager.
The Plant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities include managing plant operations, improving operational workflows, coordinating production planning activities, and implementing manufacturing best practices.
The candidate will work collaboratively with teams to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations, including process optimization and resource management
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Previous experience in similar roles and familiarity with remote management tools is a plus
