Role Description
This part-time, remote role is for a Plant Maintenance Manager responsible for ensuring efficient upkeep of equipment and systems.
The day-to-day tasks for this position include overseeing maintenance operations, scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating repairs.
The Plant Maintenance Manager will also manage maintenance processes to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Excellent Supervisory Skills for overseeing and guiding maintenance personnel
- Ability to identify and resolve maintenance-related challenges efficiently
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
