Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Plant Maintenance Manager.
The Plant Maintenance Manager will oversee equipment maintenance, manage maintenance schedules, perform preventive checks, and ensure efficient maintenance and repair operations.
Responsibilities also include supervising maintenance teams, coordinating routine maintenance activities, and implementing effective maintenance management strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead maintenance teams and manage personnel effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and longevity
- Experience in Maintenance Management, including planning and overseeing maintenance schedules
- Expertise in Maintenance and Repair to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with remote maintenance coordination tools is an asset
