Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Plant Maintenance Manager.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing facility maintenance activities, managing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, supervising maintenance personnel, and ensuring the efficient operation of all equipment.
The role also involves scheduling, troubleshooting, and executing maintenance and repair projects to ensure optimal production performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Experience in Maintenance Management and executing Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in a maintenance environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
