You will provide project support for Burns Harbor, IN, Gary, IN, and associated satellite plant operations. Execute the Management of Change (MOC) work process, ensuring all changes to systems, equipment, and processes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with safety and operational standards. Lead and support capital projects, process improvements, and infrastructure upgrades from concept through completion. Further, you will troubleshoot plant equipment and systems to resolve reliability and performance issues. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost performance. Monitor equipment performance data and drive corrective actions for underperforming assets. And you will maintain and update documentation including P&IDs, SWDs, and site-specific operating procedures, in accordance with MOC requirements. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field). Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills that strengthen collaboration across operational and technical teams. Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.
