Role Overview
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Engineer will manage projects from conception and design to fabrication and commissioning.
Typical projects would include infrastructure upgrades and improvements to systems that support production enhancement of quality or quantity.
The Plant Engineer has a primary function to provide technical leadership to optimize cost, quality, productivity and reliability.
This includes leading teams in continuous improvement activities to achieve and sustain results in the areas of Engineering as well as being accountable to research, develop and implement tasks, methodologies and best practices for the Company.
