Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or another relevant discipline preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, military service, and demonstrated leadership experience will be considered.
• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or another operationally intensive environment with increasing responsibility and demonstrated success leading people and improving business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex operational problems, make sound business decisions, and successfully manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance applicable to operational environments.
