Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all departments and monitor their activities, providing support where required.
- Delegate responsibility and authority to subordinates to facilitate efficient operations and customer service.
- Oversee all operational activities of the plant.
- Continuously improve product quality to meet standards and customer requirements.
- Manage team performance while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare production and performance reports for senior management.
- Build professional relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up laboratory activities and the plant's P&L.
- Improve the station for future business needs.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Academic qualification in civil engineering or chemical engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience, including Gulf experience.
- Attested diploma certificate.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong leadership and operational management capability.
- Knowledge of quality control processes in concrete production.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
