Trojan Construction Holding seeks Planning & Project Control Engineers with AI experience to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and support project teams in delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and support project teams in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Prepare and update detailed project plans, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Analyze project performance data using AI-driven tools and techniques
- Oversee cost control processes, track resource utilization, and produce regular reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and continuously improve planning and control practices through data analytics and digital solutions
Requirements
- Strong Planning & Scheduling skills, including experience with project planning software and construction timelines
- Cost Control and Cost Management skills, with the ability to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and support financial forecasting
- Project Control skills, including performance tracking, reporting, and variance analysis across scope, time, and cost
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and apply AI or data analytics tools to improve project outcomes
