Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or executive office roles
- Experience in CEO office or corporate strategy environments, with exposure to real estate development and investment side planning
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands on experience using Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, and Monday.com
- Proven experience managing cross functional initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, and coordinating with business unit heads
- Experience working directly with the CEO or C suite and preparing board level materials
