Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule fit out projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project (Planning Engineer)
- Monitor progress and report to project managers (Planning Engineer)
- Prepare interim valuations and cost reports (Quantity Surveyor)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams (Quantity Surveyor)
- Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and correspondence (Document Controller)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit out project planning (Planning Engineer)
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project (Planning Engineer)
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in fit out or construction projects (Quantity Surveyor)
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, variations, measurements, and final accounts (Quantity Surveyor)
- Minimum 3 5 years of GCC experience in fit out or construction projects (Document Controller)
- Proficient in document control systems and MS Office (Document Controller)
- Currently residing in UAE
- Available to join immediately

- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Document Controller Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of GCC experience in fit out or construction projects
- Proficient in document control systems and MS Office
- Experience in managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
