MAP Vision General Contracting is seeking a Planning Engineer (MEP) with at least 5 years of UAE experience in construction or contracting. The role involves project scheduling using Primavera P6, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera (P6) or other planning software
- Prepare detailed baseline programs, defining critical paths and project milestones
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement teams to ensure timely project execution
- Track project progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans and mitigation measures
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients
- Assist in resource and cost planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation
- Analyze project performance against baseline schedules and highlight variances
- Participate in progress meetings and present planning related data when required
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, scope, and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring
- Proficient in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel
- Ability to prepare and analyze project progress reports, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts
