Role Overview
Develop and maintain project schedules for infrastructure projects such as IWTPs, pumping stations, substations, tanks, reservoirs, and associated facilities.
Coordinate engineering and construction sequences and drive progress from Financial Close through PCOD and the warranty period.
Schedule Development and Control
- Develop, review, and update integrated schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Review EPC contractor schedules, milestones, and time-impact analyses.
- Perform schedule reviews, analyze critical paths, and recommend mitigation measures for delays.
Engineering and Construction Planning
- Integrate basic and detailed engineering reviews, HAZOP, constructability workshops, BIM-based reviews, approvals, and coordination activities.
- Monitor site progress, labor and resources, material deliveries, inspections, FAT sequencing, NCRs, punch lists, and QA/QC impacts.
- Coordinate interfaces among EPC contractors, O&M contractors, project teams, and external agencies.
